I’m Matt Elkind, a renowned Realtor at The Condo Store Realty in Toronto, Ontario with a background in finance and business.

I’m passionate about real estate and love helping people make great decisions. I try to do my best for everyone I work with by acting with honesty and integrity. I measure my success in terms of your happiness and while that’s different for everyone having an advisor committed to your interests is fundamental. 

I understand that real estate is as much about the lifestyle and environments we want to create as it is about the land and structures within which we do that. I’ve built my career leveraging my background in finance and marketing with my love of design and art to help you uncover opportunities and see the hidden potential in your own home or prospective home.

Personally, I am also an owner, investor and property manager, working in all facets of real estate –from single family and multiple unit residential properties to renovations, commercial investments and redevelopment projects.   As a designated Investment Manager, I am fortunate to be able to share with my clients the knowledge I gain from this learning and experience. I am extremely lucky to have the pleasure of working with some great clients, partners, designers, contractors, builders and developers who have all taught me a great deal.

I’m continually exploring Toronto varied neighbourhoods, restaurants, art galleries, parks and everything the city has to offer. I look forward to the opportunity to share my explorations with you.
